How does headband sizing work?
One of the great things about our headbands is that they're "one size fits all". The material is super soft and very stretchy, and will fit the tiniest newborn head to the largest adult sized noggin.
Should I be worried about the headband being to tight?
The material gives out over time allowing the headband to sit comfortably around the head. If you're worried about the headband being too tight for the first wear, we recommend putting the headband around a larger round object, such as a canister, to let the material stretch out a bit.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Send us your request through the "Contact Us" section and we'll connect with you to answer any questions, and finalize the order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately for hygienic reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us through the "Contact Us" page and we'll happily help you out.
Why is there no tracking number on my delivery?
We try and keep the cost of shipping as low as possible, therefore a tracking number will not be included. We are not responsible for any delayed or lost packages. We do offer local pick up in SW Calgary. Simply use the code YYCFREE at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up
Do you offer free local pick up in Calgary?
Yes! Pick up is available in SW Calgary. Use YYCFREE during checkout and we'll contact you when your order is ready. In light of COVID-19 we're offering contactless pickup.
How long does it take to get an order sent out?
Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. Arrival time will depend on shipping location, most orders will arrive within 5 business days of shipping.
Online shopping is great, but I need something today. Are you in any stores?
